颈后路椎板切除减压术中应用超声骨刀的安全性和疗效评估

【摘要】
目的: 探讨在颈后路椎板切除减压术中应用超声骨刀的安全性及对手术疗效的影响。
方法: 回顾分析 2013 年 4 月—2017 年 4 月 52 例因颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of cervicalspine,C-OPLL)行颈后路椎板扩大切除减压植骨融合术(posterior cervical laminectomy decompression and fusion,
PCLDF)患者临床资料。按术中是否使用超声骨刀分为超声骨刀组(A 组,20 例)和传统枪式钳减压手术组(B
组,32 例)。两组患者性别、年龄、体质量、身高、术前血红蛋白及日本骨科协会(JOA)评分等一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。

【摘要】
目的:探讨超声骨刀不同的切骨入点和切骨角度在颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术(cervical expansive open-door laminoplasty,CEOL)中应用的对比。
方法:收集在我院骨科自 2016 年 1 月~2020 年 6 月行 CEOL 术 256 例。 根据术中开门侧的切骨方式将所有患者分为超声骨刀片状刀头竖直切骨组(A 组)64 例,改良片状刀头垂直椎板切骨组(B 组)69 例,改良钩状刀头切骨组(C 组)46 例及传统工具组(D 组)77 例。

In this study, we present a novel surgical method that utilizes the ultrasonic bone scalpel (UBS) for the removal of large retrovertebral osteophytes in anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) and evaluate its safety and efficacy in comparison to the traditional approach of using high-speed drill (HSD). A total of 56 patients who underwent ACDF for retrovertebral osteophytes were selected.

【摘要】
目的: 探讨超声骨刀在胸椎黄韧带骨化症 ( thoracic ligamentum flavum ossification,TLFO ) 减压手术中应用的有效性与安全性。
方法: 回顾性分析 2017 年 9 月至 2020 年 12 月,确诊为 TLFO 并应用超声骨刀辅助椎管后壁切除减压术的患者 16 例,其中男 11 例,女 5 例;年龄 38~79 岁,平均 ( 56.3±9.1 ) 岁,共计切除 35 个节段。记录椎板切除时间、出血量、神经根和脊髓损伤、硬膜损伤和脑脊液漏发生率,随访评估患者症状改善情况。
